The needs identified are related to administrative functions, in terms of information management; operational functions, in terms of the daily operation of this information; and executive functions, in terms of the visualization and presentation of this information. Vocento now has a centralized Data Governance & Analytics platform where it can consult and manage the organizational units, the entities available, the lineage and traceability, the workflows, the marketplace and the implementation and integration of data quality. In addition, challenges have been overcome such as the integration of Anjana Data with Vocento’s technological scenario, the establishment of basic rules and a common language for all users and the implementation of a data culture within the organization.
